I have a thing for editing videos. Sometimes I just create videos for fun and other times I'll make them to commemorate an event (like a SoulCycle charity ride) or to embarrass a couple getting married (with photos of them growing up). While I occasionally shoot the footage myself (usually just on my iPhone, nothing too fancy), my favorite part of the process is post-production. While I'm in no way an expert, it's something I truly enjoy and plan to continue pursuing outside of my writing projects.

My amazing friend and equally talented SoulCycle instructor lead a charity ride to raise money for her brother John who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). I created this video to show John the incredible ride that Christina put together and send him love and words of encouragement from the SoulCycle community.

FIRE AND ICE

In the summer of 2015, my husband and I took a roadtrip around the incredibly breathtaking country of Iceland. I captured our adventure from the car with my iPhone and later edited it to create this snippet to share with friends and family.
